Parking is convenient. Staff in reception and in the Sky bar for dinner were lovely. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Hilton Birmingham Metropole
Very nice hotel. The only reason I have marked it down slightly is that the toilet in our room would not flush properly which we reported within an hour of arrival. This was not fixed despite us being here for 2 night. That said it would not out is off staying here again.

Lovely hotel, great location. Large rooms and friendly staff. Free Wifi but did tend to drop out now and again My only negative is that even though good selection of breakfast food, the hot buffet was cold, luke warm at best
