"Everything was fantastic"

"Excellent stay"

"Lovely historic house room was clean bright with comfortable beds and pillows. Very nice breakfast."

"Located beside Lake Ontario. A great place to stay to walk around downtown Kingston while attending the show at the Grand Theatre, It's A Good Life if You Don't Weaken."

"Close to downtown!"

"Room was clean, mostly quiet. It was a convenient place to stay, and as affordable as you're going to find with a private room."

"Wonderful place with lots of room, comfortable bed and nice hot tub"

"The room was very nice and spacious. The hotel was clean and despite there being a lot of guests it was very quiet. Breakfast was passable. It was not above average. The location of the hotel meant that you had to drive everywhere. Nothing was in walking distance. Regardless, the parking was free, the staff was friendly and we had a very nice time."

"Everyone was super helpful and had a smile on their face. The breakfast had good amount of choices. It was just difficult to get around into the area when first came in."

"I really like this property. Owners seem attentive to detail, although an older building it is always clean and has a comfy mattress. My fourth time using this motel."

"A good incentive to include Breakfast with reservations. Staff was courteous and friendly in answering our inquiries."
