"Great location by campus and close to downtown. The staff was super helpful and friendly. A+!. Plenty of amenities for what the hotel is designed for. No full time restaurant but ope for breakfast and dinner."

"The hotel was very clean and nicely designed. The bed was comfortable. No complaints except the phone was dead when I tried to call desk. I informed the front desk and he said to tell housekeeping. Isn’t that your job? The phone never got fixed . I asked for more coffee such we got but no extra cream. Otherwise all was good."

The location is a major highlight—within close proximity to excellent restaurants and the University of Tennessee, Knoxville campus, making it very convenient whether you're visiting for business, a game, or just exploring the area. "Stayed in this fun hotel for one night on our way to Charlotte. It’s right downtown and very close to UT Knoxville. Walked across the street to a fun restaurant. Staff was super helpful, hotel was very clean. The rooftop bar is a must as the views are good and it’s a fun place to hang out. I highly recommend staying here."

"Great customer service. The room itself was nice, except it appeared that my shower could have use a little attention around the edges and where the soap goes. Other than that the room was well kept. The only other issue I had was with the hall floor on the 4th floor needs to be cleaned as it was stained throughout. Everything else was fine as microwaves for each room should come soon."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here while visiting UTK. It was clean, beautiful, and the amenities were great. It’s a little bit secluded from traffic, which was very nice for someone noise sensitive like me. I had zero disturbances through the night. The AC kept me at a comfortable temperature. "The breakfast was excellent, and there was a nice, spacious seating area. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The only problem I had was the shower pressure was low and the water was lukewarm at best. If you love a hot shower with good water pressure at a hotel, this will be a disappointment."

"Im not sure what you are paying for . . . You are on the same street as other 3-4 star hotels. There was nothing that stood out about this hotel. The staff was okay. The room was unique. One irritating thing, there were no clear signs for pricing on the fridge or near the snacks. And I assumed for $500+ a night in knoxville, a bag of chips and a coke would be complimentary. I thought that was part of what you were paying for. Again. Nice hotel. Staff fine. Bed was weird though. And ill also...

"Breakfast was great lots of choices. Walking distance to UTK. Parking was extra on site. Felt very safe. Walked downtown very convenient. However I found a pubic hair on the wall of shower! Also found hair ties in the floor. The heating/cooling unit on wall had a smell when turned on and it was filthy inside. We didn’t use it for this reason. We were exhausted from traveling all day so I let it slide. Would definitely ask for a different room next time."
