"We would return to this hotel, because in many ways it was lovely! Super park view, well organised breakfast, sky bar views, great location-we stayed 3 nights-great value for money. Car parking was not a problem, plenty of spaces but pricing confusing! We arrived at the car park 3-5pm and left 10.30-11am each day-and was charged £9 each day! The hotel said it was cheaper if they didn't endorse the ticket-so we didn't! I will add a photo of the car park notice-confusing! and the one at the hotel...

"From the moment we arrived the staff couldn’t do enough for us. They let us check in even though we were slightly early and they changed the room to a ground floor one so we didn’t have to climb the stairs. The room was perfect. Clean, spacious and welcoming. The staff in the restaurant were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We felt spoilt. "A very dated hotel. Welcome at reception luke warm with a team that seem disinterested in providing a welcoming friendly greeting to arriving guests. Many windows broken, rooms in need of a deep clean and refresh. Small amounts of mould and poorly repaired sealant in bathrooms. Towels and bed linen clean. There is very much a vibe of “how little can we do to maintain the hotel, how cheaply can we do this repair, how little can we pay and invest in our employees”. And that approach shows....

"Room was a little dated. Not the most comfortable bed and a little noisy as on the road. Would have expected a little more for price paid although room was very large. Check in staff friendly and helpful and food was decent for the price."

"Check in was terrible, I arrived about 11pm, no one was there apart from a note on the door to call a central receptionist who then WhatsApped the codes to get in and to get my room key. Couldn’t find my room and had to call back to be told I was in another building. Had trouble finding the right door to get in the next building and then had no code for that building and had to cal back again. Parking was in the dark and payment machines were to dark to see Room was ok but not the best but...
