"The room was clean and spacious. It had a refrigerator, microwave and a sofa bed. The lady who checked us in was not exactly welcoming, but the lady who checked us out was. A continental breakfast was offered. Parking was ample."

"First(Form), filling out certain information again when I already filled out the form online. It does not make sense to me. Second(Room), we arrived around 3:20 pm and you can tell that the room is newly mopped or cleaned because the floor is still wet and my concern is what if my kid is very hyperactive he/she might slip or fall and injured themselves badly. Light in the entrance of the room did not work. There is a tall mirror in the room that is not fully attached to the wall one bump or hit...

"I wasn't impressed with this property, I found the room and beds to be not very clean, there was no housekeeping unless you asked for it. I asked to get the conditioner bottle in shower filled and it never happened 3 nights out of 4, after coming home late from the hospital the keys wouldn't work. The AC was damaged, it worked but it didn't look very nice."

"The T.V was not working when we checked in. We noticed and notified them right away. The front desk person came to fix it but then we left to the store. When we came back the T.V was never fixed. When I called them, they said they were closed already and we had to wait till the next day. We checked out the next day. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, especially with kids."

"It was refreshing to stay in a real Motel where you are steps away from your car .. no long walks down carpeted halls to get to your room. This place is vey cute on the outside with a bright red chair by every door. It has been meticulously remodeled and is very modern and beautiful tiled bathroom and shower. Also the mini fridge has a separate freezer compartment. And there were 2 upholstered recliners in my King room. I found the bed to be very comfortable and though it is on a somewhat busy...

"We loved the Union. It wasn't our first time there and it never disappoints. We had the largest room on the 3rd floor with a 180 degree view and amazing original furniture from the early 1900s. The only small complaint is that the king sized bed could use a new mattress. We didn't sleep well because it was pretty bad, but don't let this discourage you from staying there. Maybe they will read this and put a new mattress on the bed. :)"

The ice machine never worked and trash on the side of the building kept gnats and flies by the front door of hotel but staff were kind and accommodating UNLESS you come after 9pm theres a man that works nights that is extremely rude. Otherwise reliable and comfortable property."

"When entering the lobby, i was able to ignore the strong smell of cat urine, because i realized the owners black cat actually lives in the lobby...and he was cute. Though he didnt have any toys, he kept entertained chasing a cockroach around the lobby for several minutes. We were given room 202, and upon entering it was disgusting. It had a horrible smell, and the carpet was filthy. When we requested a new room, the clerk replied, "you do know this is the cheapest motel in town, right"....
