My wife was very displeased with the fact that we adopted a used sponge for the dishes. The stovetop was very uncooperative and took forever to heat up and never heated to a boil for water. The flat that I booked was unfortunately damaged and could not be used during the original time needed, Frau Kiefer promptly called me to inform me and came up with 2 alternative solution which was both fair and reasonable.
