This hotel is located i an area of outstanding natural beauty. The hotel itself is modern and kept very well. The views from the rooms is excellent. We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and would recommend this place to others

This property was wonderful! The owners were so kind and always available if I had questions. The hotel was so peaceful and had amazing views. I had to check in very late because of my flight and Mikele was kind enough to wait up for me to check in and help me get situated. I would highly recommend staying here!

A exceptional boutique hotel in Padola

The hotel is excellent, the room is clean, the view from my room is spectacular with beautiful dolomite mountain, the bed is comfortable, the breakfast is exceptionally good and the host Dany is very friendly and hospitable. I will rate the hotel 5 star and highly recommend to anyone visiting Padola or Dolomite region.

Came down to Padola from Berti hut. The breakfast was great. Many options and various fresh fruit were especially enchanting. The owner family was friendly. Very quiet and easy walk to its downtown. Not much of shopping makes the vacation in Padola so relaxed and peaceful. Skay restaurant nearby had great dishes. To find out public transportation information and bus tickets, go to the turistico instead of tabacchi.

The room was nice but...

We got wrongfully charged for the room at check in after we had already paid for it on hotels.com No one replies to my emails so i had to call my bank to dispute the transaction. As for the stay: There is no air conditioner in the rooms and no fridge. Breakfast buffet had human hairs in multiple places, disgusting. We were the first to eat when they opened and the scrambled eggs and pancakes were ice cold we had to put it in microwave. Cats coming out of the kitchen, a big dog in the dining room with hairs floating around, no space to walk... very unpleasant breakfast experience. If allergic to cats or dogs steer clear of this place. Not very hygienic.

Ao que nos pareceu, o hotel é gerenciado por uma família, talvez os proprietários. Entretanto: 1- a pessoa que nos atendeu no período noturno não falava inglês tornando a comunicação truncada; 2- o café da manhã foi bem restrito, como ovos apenas cozidos na casca, sucos e pães industrializados; pouquissímas opções; 3- no segundo dia descemos 09:35 para o café da manhã e encontramos a área ja fechada. Detalhe: éramos os únicos hospedes; 4- embora o check out se desse às 11:0hs, por volta de 10:30 ja estavam ligando no quarto para acelerarem nossa saída. Atendimento bem desagradável face à bela localização do hotel.
