"All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great every morning. My favorite thing was the 24 hour coffee station.Nothing quite like a freshly ground brewed cup of coffee, they even had my coffee creamer. I would highly recommend staying here."

"The hotel was in a great location. There were alot of stores and restaurants around so it was convenient to have those places around. The hotel is rather new or newly remodeled and it was very nice and clean. The young lady at the check in counter when we first arrived was very polite, friendly and welcoming. "This resort was beautiful, very clean and the breakfast was great! I loved the free self serve laundry option. I just had an issue with a young lady i noticed outside the hotel, she was wearing the same clothes for 3 days smelled like pure marijuana and has a creepy presence. As i was doing my laundry, she came in the hotel and threw a dirty blanket into the dryer, as i went to the lobby shortly after there was a kid with no shirt, no shoes was wet and was laying on the couch with a playstation...

"We were in Lakeland for our daughter’s college graduation. The hotel was close to restaurants and shopping and very convenient. Our room appeared clean however, I did find a McDonalds bag with food trash shoved underneath a chair and napkins behind the dresser. Other than that, it was good."

"The room was ok, air conditioner in our room was noisy and didn't cool adequately at all. Bed was a bit too soft for my comfort. PLEASE have complimentary coffee in the lobby! Paying more these days for less."

"Our family always enjoys staying at this hotel. The staff is polite, the other lodgers are quiet, and polite when passing in the halls. 2nd overall pleasant stay, highly recommend this place for affordable lodging. Every room having a balcony or patio is major plus too "
