"We received a lovely warm welcome. Lovely hotel. Nice location close to the beach. Lovely comfortable rooms with small en suite bathroom. Big plus for me was the kettle with plenty of tea, coffee and milk in the room. Will definitely book again when coming to Devon."

The breakfast is downstairs in the pub and was very good, cooked to order. We would have happily eaten in the pub in the evening as well, if we weren't out exploring. "We stayed one night in one of the Garden Suites. However we were disappointed to find the buildings and grounds dirty and not maintained very well. Trees required trimming and overgrown areas needed clearing as they were attracting a lot of flies and midgies. The room itself was ok, bed was comfy and water was hot, however the overall appearance of the walls and ceiling was really tired compared to the images promoted.
