"Hotel very conveniently located in the centre of Bristol, check in was seemless on the screen in reception, the room was spacious and clean, bed was super comfy, tea and coffee provided and bottles of water, stayed 2 nights and room was cleaned both days, shower was powerful, only irritation was the TV was stuck on subtitles and did not have YouTube/ Netflix, otherwise excellent stay."

"The room was well-suited for a family of four, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and we all loved the additional menu items (e.g., pancakes). The pool and saunas were nice; the dressing area was very well organized. The room cleaning service was in the afternoon (around 15:30), which seemed a bit late."

"The staff really made this stay special… particularly the restaurant staff. We arrived and had no trouble parking - I think if busier it could be an issue. The check in was smooth and the receptionist were really helpful. The room was lovely - the hotel and the grounds are stunning. Food was exceptional as was the service. Will definitely look to stay again! "

"The staff were outstanding, from the guys on reception through to the breakfast staff. The rooms were lovely, clean and welcoming, the fridge was an added bonus. Breakfast was great, everything you could have ask for, they had a waffle machine that made the most delicious blueberry waffles. The location is perfect, 1 minute walk to the thermal spa and shops and the other direction pubs and restaurants We found the hotel to be very quiet not just the location but clientele. "

"Best things about the hotel are its obvious location to the airport (3min walk) and the fact that it is new. Aspects to improve on are the menu, ‘just sold the last one’ being the obvious one! "
