"To say that the photographs of the apartment were misleading would be a misuse of the term. Totally mis-representational would be more appropriate (it was a completely different space). On arrival, there was no-one there to give us keys and no-one answered the phone when we tried repeatedly to call. Only after we hijacked one of the neighbours keys and left a message through the ski hire guy did we get a call at nearly midnight and finally got let into a room (not the one we booked). They...

"Was not aware it was a hostel. It didn’t say on the listing. Paid for breakfast but it was very minimal to nothing. Had to pay for towels toilets were shared amongst other people."

"We LOVED our stay at Chalet Christine. The hotel has a perfect unimpeded view of the lake and mountains, creating a zen relaxing experience, and the pool and jacuzzi add to the relaxing vibe. Breakfast was perfect, the room was gorgeous and comfortable. Elodie at the check-in desk was incredibly kind and friendly, she gave us great advice on what to do around the lake and helped us get reservations at an amazing restaurant. I hope to come back soon! "The staff and employees are one of the best i see in my 25 years of traveling at the LHW and Relais Chateau Hotels all over the world. But unfortunately the shower not existing only a tab and that very small is hard to give the Hotel 5 stars. Also not having a Restaurant on location during summer is not good "
