"Alta Traful wastes the opportunity it has to provide guests with an experience as unique as the lake it is situated upon. The room was basic and bathroom (tiny sized) had taps either leaking or falling of. Parking is not enforced so vehicles were parked irregularly making it difficult to park our own — I took a photo & asked reception to get the truck moved but she did nothing. I would recommend staying at the cabanas located next to it (towards the Village) coz it’s absolutely not worth the...

"Servicio excepcional, el desayuno muy consentidor, los huevitos en su punto, buen salmón y carnes frías, los quesos de primera Juan del bar excelente servicio, en la recepción resolvieron todo y muy amables. La mejor vista al Lago Nahuel. Una experiencia que repetiríamos en mismo hotel, impecable, toallas y ropa de cama, aromas lindos y bien climatizado, el piso tibio en gran frío exterior. Gracias! "Absolutely love this place! They have better wifi than most hotels in the area, stunning view, and jacuzzi tubs overlooking the lake. I loved it so much I had booked another place but came back here instead. I found it tranquil and peaceful and the staff went above and beyond. I’ll definitely stay again! "

"Great location within walking distance of the landmarks. But what stood out was their front desk staff! Second to none. My husband had a leg injury and they called 911 for assistance and maintained availability of ice at any time to serve our needs. Would stay there again. "
