"O hotel fica dentro de um condomínio, o lugar é espetacular, paisagens lindíssimas, acomodações super confortáveis. A má impressão ficou quando chegamos a portaria do condomínio e um segurança nos recebeu com extrema grosseiria. "I stayed in the hotel for 1 night . Everything was great except for 1 thing: the check out time was 10am. Most of the hotels I stay at have an 11am or noon check-out time. We advised the staff that they should consider changing it to 11am at least."
