"First and forwmost, lack of communication from the owner/manager. No responses for queries at all. The rooms were clean upto an OK level. Bathroom was not very clean. Our room was at the front of the property overlooking a very busy road. It was not sound proof at all. Staff was good, reaponsive. Parking is available, but accessing it is a hassle. "A nice, comfortable guest house in a good, central location. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful. My room was well provided with aircon, ceiling fan, fridge, kettle, TV, wet room and balcony. The house was always kept clean. It was only let down by a shabby pool area. If returning to the area, I would go back to this guest house. "
