"For this trip, my room had: 1. A toilet that was not properly bolted to the floor and rocked every time it was used. 2. A shower basin that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months, soiled with grime and a pinkish microbial film 3. I didn't ask for turndown service, and it was provided - which was totally great except for losing some critical receipts from my business trip. I stay here once a month for work, and usually discover a few issues per room. I don't think I've stayed in the same room twice yet..."

"Booked a room for one night. I was greeted at the desk by a very nice young man who was very professional and courteous. The halls smelled sweet as of plug in air fresheners. Our room was nice and clean and the beds were firm like I prefer. The tub and shower were a bit meh. The curtain rod was loose and the shower head sprayed water like needles on your skin. The water was a bit cool for my liking. Breakfast was cold and the lobby where you ate was very cold as well. They could have done better there. The outside of the building was a bit dated and needs refurbished. But over all for what it’s worth, the price was pretty good for what we got. Lots of potential restaurants to visit close by. Just watch out for the potholes going in and out of the parking lot. No hot tub either. "
