"The rooms were not clean. We stayed for four days, and despite placing the “Please Clean Room” sign on our door, housekeeping never came to clean our room. The biggest disappointment was the river shown in the photos. It is not located directly by the hotel as the pictures suggest. You have to walk about two blocks to reach it. "I need they show me which floor we stay, I don’t like first floor because I can’t see the ocean view"

"I liked the fact that the rooms had cooktops but most extended stay locations offer the use of pots, pans, plates, spoons, and knives which this location does not offer. Everyone at the front desk was amazing, but the cleaners at the property need proper training. The room was not the cleanest and when they performed their weekly cleaning there were always things that were missed. I own a janitorial service company and we also do housekeeping so I understand the struggle with finding quality...
