"Amazing hotel with fabulous accommodating staff. There were many hiccups during our travel unrelated to the hotel and the hotel staff was there to assist every step of the way. The gondola rides to and from the hotel were amazing and added that little extra flair to our adventure. The hotel itself is conveniently located within 30 minutes from Banff and many popular tourist attractions. "Absolutely unforgettable, peaceful, and enjoyable stay. We loved it! Staff were so friendly and helpful too. So helpful to have gas and a market readily available. Would come back again! Sometimes you do hear a train passing by and tooting their horn, but I think it just adds to the charm of the place. We weren’t bothered by it at all. "
