"Clean room"

"Everything was good. Loved the grits for breakfast! Found dirty sock in room and ramen seasoning packets upon entrance. Housekeeping didn’t clean our room once and we were there 6 days. Had to bring our towels down to the front desk to ask for new ones by day four. It was odd no explanation of parking fee, they don’t even ask for your vehicle information so the purpose of a parking fee is strange, didn’t get that until after checking out. Tons of available parking as well. "

"Springhill has been one of my “go-to” hotels for a while. It’s always a pleasure staying and this visit was no different. Spotless room, water in shower was very hot, great size tv and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was hot and delicious as well."
