"The staff are fantastic. The setting is spectacular. A few places need a bit of TLC like the room bathroom but you just need to embrace that you’re not in a big city 5 star resort it’s just a bit different and that’s ok. Do not drive up the emerald lake road without snow tires between November thru April."

"Good value for property.Key pad wasn’t working and the very end unit room 230 is located next to the exit which is loud at night guests exiting "
