We arrived early (our decision) & had trouble getting a room when it was time for check. The manager & staff at the time we friendly & accommodating. Our biggest issue & complaint came when we checked out & they lady was rude and rolled her eyes when we realized one of our party left their purse in the room. The clerk also made snide comments about that. What started off as a great experience turned sour in less than 5 minutes on our way out the door.
