"Small rooms, kids running around without parent supervision, thin walls can hear everything. Pool is small, kids in the gym without supervision or treat it like a playground. Breakfast was not good. Water filter wasn't the best. Staff was nice. "

"We had to request shower gel and shampoo as it was not replaced the last time it was cleaned. Also the bathroom fan was not working and was told that all the bathrooms have this issue. Also noticed that the room wasn’t cleaned to its standard as I noticed stains on the night stand and desk. Very disappointing as I frequently stay at Hampton Inn and Suites in various locations. "

"I'm not sure why this is considered a resort. It's basically a nice hotel with an indoor and outdoor pool, a restaurant and that's about it. A lot of conference rooms etc. The indoor pool (nice) was on the other side of the hotel. Everyone had to walk back and forth across the lobby to get to the indoor pool... in their bathing suits... in front of everyone, when there are conferences going on. (imagine after being in the pool walking across in wet bathing suits and towels... pretty embarrassing). I thought there would be a gift shop or something but nothing. It's not a resort by definition, it's a nice hotel with a pool. Lots of conferences and events for professionals. I wouldn't recommend it for a family vacation. "
