"The thing that impressed me the most was the friendliness of every staff member we encountered during our stay. Never experienced that before at a resort. We stayed in a mini suite which overlooked the pool and mountains. Great view! Very comfortable for 3 people especially having 2 full bathrooms. This is a great property and highly recommend. "Wonderful hotel with great access to the main restaurants and an easy hike up the mountain over to the gondola ~ 3.5 mile hike. Hotel had excellent health club. Fantastic staff throughout the hotel (lobby bar had perfect lunch and drink options along with nice repartee with staff while awaiting food), also a great breakfast downstairs. "One Ski Hill Place is a beautiful resort in a prime location with great amenities—the free shuttle service was a lifesaver. The condo-style rooms are fully stocked, perfect if you want to cook. My only disappointment was the lack of recognition for my VIP status. I had to ask about perks, wasn’t offered an upgrade despite the property seeming quiet, and only received late checkout after involving a manager.
