"The staff was friendly and helpful with giving restaurant suggestions when asked. The room was very clean and the beds were so soft. I did make it to breakfast late one morning and the bacon and biscuits were all gone. I didn’t have time to wait for more. My husband and I wanted to get into the hot tub during our stay but it was always full of kids which was disappointing."

"hidden parking fees upon arrival. Carpet in the room had wine stains and was in general poor condition. Bed and bathroom were comfortable. Most staff were nice. Management was unsympathetic to my grievance about hidden parking fees preferred to blame issue on Expedia. Both need to revisit fee transparency. "
