"Easy access to Marble Falls and a great view of the river. I used the online check in, the front desk staff was quick & efficent handing me my key card & explaining parki g and breakfast hours."

"Sent this to management after we checked in- no response to date. Afternoon-my friends and I have been planning the trip for awhile and looking forward to a break from work to see Texas for the first time. Sharing that our check-in was less than pleasant and the front desk guy was completely rude and short with us. We happened to get in slightly early from our flights from NY and after getting our rental car went to the hotel and asked if we could check in early if possible. We were told no, which was fine, and to come back after three. So we came back at 3 and the man was just ridiculously rude. Maybe because of age but either way, I would never be able to treat customers that way. He shouldn’t judge a book by its cover."

"Gave us a room without the lake view They fixed it but not after the room they moved us to smelled bad finally they gave us a room with a view that did not smell "

"Only downfall is whenever you want to come back to your room there's still not smart Tv. which in my case after being out and enjoying nature i want to before winding down."
