"I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The staff were very welcoming, acknowledging us every time we walked in. The room was very well appointed and spotlessly clean, even being made up twice on one of the days we were there. The pool and jacuzzi on the roof level are great. Right over the road from the MTR station, and just around the corner from one on a different line, giving fast access to the whole city, as well as the airport. Shops and parks are only a short walk away. Great food mall next door with very reasonable and good quality food. We booked this hotel fairly last minute after cancelling a different hotel which was considerably more expensive and, although we obviously never saw it, appeared to be of a lower quality. We were not disappointed and will definitely stay here again if we return to Singapore. "
