"We had a lovely stay at Granbell Hotel Colombo. It closed out our two week stay in Sri Lanka, and was one of our highlights. The hotel itself is modern, comfortable and well located. The rooms are incredibly well suited for couples - perfectly sized and with an amazing view (if you are debating, upgrade to a sea view)! My only complaint is that the menu prices exclude VAT, and you are unaware of this until you receive your first bill! It means that the hotel is unfortunately very unreasonable for food and drink for Sri Lanka - but there are plenty of eating options in Colombo."

"Fabulous rooftop pool area with infinity pool at the ocean and pool-side restaurant/bar service; Also comfortable gym with treadmill’s overlooking ocean. Clean comfortable room with good AC. Hotel provides filtered water, which is safe to drink. Location is beautifully central to travel to different areas of Colombo."

"The room was clean comfortable and I kept oversleeping on the bed. Being right next One Galle Face helped provide a variety of shopping and culinary options. Hotel staff were very polite and helpful."
