Room was comfortable with no complaints.
Staff were not very helpful when checking in. Depending on which part of the floor you stayed depended on which lift you had to use to avoid steps. Thankfully I was there to help my mother, but we were annoyed to discover the spa lift would have took us to our rooms without needing to carry luggage up stairs."

Train station 5 mins walk away, trams and buses right outside hotel.
I can't fault the hotel for anything and would recommend it."
