beautiful 60s office bldg but all furniture is stained so badly and stains on carpets in hallways. Chairs in restaurant are all scratched and condition of hotel for only being 5 years old is really bad. Also heat doesn't work well and breakfast is not impressive. suite should have double sinks. Bar is so overcrowded with lineups on weekend and no priority for hotel guests.

The carpets in the hallways are intensively cleaned every 3 months. Since the carpets are unfortunately very susceptible to dirt, they usually only last as long as the weather cooperates.The Monkey Bar is a public bar that is also accessible to our guests. Since this is also one of the most popular bars in Cologne, the crowds are unfortunately very high on weekends. Best choice for Köln
This was my second time staying at the 25hours Hotel in Köln. I enjoy the atmosphere and the cool theme of the hotel. It is within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. The rooftop bar, sauna, and lobby are nice perks. I hope to visit again soon.

This hotel was a highlight of our trip, it had a good amount of character to it, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and we made good use of the coworking space and sauna in-between exploring the city (it's right around the corner from a subway station and an easy walk to the cathedral).

Great hotel
I enjoy my stay here and the weekend I was there it was there 5 anniversary so they had special offers, the monkey bar on the roof was nice with some great views. I would recommend this hotel and location.

Excellent Check in by the female receptionist ( Iam so sorry i dont have the ladys name ) ! The same staff member helped me out with a " electrical " adapter as soon as i asked . I would like to praise the gentlemen who is the " Breakfast Host " - This is my second visit to " The Circle " and this young man is always at his " Breakfast Lecturn " ready to welcome guests for breakfast with his professional hospitality mannerisms. 25 Hours - The Circle - Cologne ( The Special One ) in Cologne!

Space-age, gimicky style - love or hate (i hated)
I arrived late after a 10 hour trip. Felt like I had walked into a nightclub or film set. took me 15 minutes to find my room because of the space-age style numbering which I couldn't read properly. TV didnt work, took an hour before it got fixed, no room service ( you have to order from a wierd middel eastern fusion type menu and then collect yourself). No large fluffy bath towels just hard medium sized ones. Large room was the positive but full of retro style furniture and a bicycle to use while you are there. NOT SUITABLE FOR A BUSINESS TRIP

A very cool hotel and a good value for Köln
I genuinely enjoyed staying at this hotel. I was there for eight nights over the holidays. It’s near a major street with shops and you are a quick U-Bahn ride to the city center. It has interesting decor, a free mini-bar, good spa, and a nice view of the cathedral. The staff speak German and English and are helpful. It was a great value. I hope to return one day. :)

Awesome hotel with creative vibe running throughout. There were just a few things missing, which would have made the stay absolutely perfect – no amenities in the rooms (kettle/tea coffee etc) but the first round in the mini bar is included. The bathroom was great, but the size of the towels were ridiculously small! And no hair conditioner provided which was a shame. The curtains could do with being blackout when you're in the outer circle rooms, the room gets very light when the sun rises. Pairing an Apple device to the TV also didn't work. But in general the room had a great design feel to it, and the bed was super comfortable!

Hello Jayne,Thank you for your review and the many tips.First of all, we are of course pleased that you enjoyed your stay with us.We provide our guests with kettles, coffee setups, tea and much more on request. Due to the limited storage space, we have refrained from equipping every room with it and deliver it on request.As for the towels, it seems to me that only the small ones were provided to you. I'm sorry for that.I will mention that in the future we will also offer hair conditioners in our rooms. At the moment there is only the possibility to buy the hair conditioner from Stop the Water in the 25hours Things Shop.I'll also have the curtains checked in your room, because at least for me it always looks very dark with the curtains drawn. Here you just have to be careful that these are really completely closed, otherwise it will actually get very bright very quickly.The problem with Apple is already known and is being clarified with the relevant providers. Here we are currently limited to a small number of accesses throughout the hotel.We look forward to your next flight with us on our spaceship.Your 25hours team

Best Hotel in Cologne
I was recommended this hotel to stay at by my work colleagues who live in Cologne. Although it is 15 mins walk away from the city centre and the cathedral, the hotel is certainly worth staying at and the rooms are excellent and you receive a free mini bar. The reception staff are very welcoming and accommodating, always there to help with your needs. They provided me with an iron when I asked for one, and I was also able to leave my luggage behind reception on the day I checked out and attend my lunchtime meeting, before coming back to the hotel to get changed and continue to leave my luggage behind the reception before collecting it later on in the evening before my nighttime flight home. The monkey bar is excellent and there are plenty of seats outside along the balcony, as well as inside. The views from the monkey bar are excellent and you can see across the whole city of Cologne. The breakfast in the main restaurant was great and offered a variety of options. I even had rice pudding for my breakfast every morning. I haven’t had rice pudding since I was a child and I am now in my 40s so this was nice for me. You could also have breakfast outside along the balcony too. I bumped into somebody at the airport coming home and they said they didn’t stay in that hotel but he did go there one night for a evening meal and the food was out of this world. I think the next time I stay in Cologne I will have an evening meal in the main restaurant. Overall an great stay and good value!

Unfortunately disappointing for business
Stayed at 25 Hours this past week. Not cheap so expected good service. No cleaning was done in two days. No fridge refilled in two days despite having a free fridge option in my booking. Holes in bedsheets. This is a 4.5 hotel rating. Not sure why!

A really great hotel in a fantastic location. Get to breakfast early, before it becomes packed, and call ahead to Monkey Bar to check it's open - there was a private function going on while we were there.

The best hotel in Cologne
This hotel is so, so cool, and incredibly well priced. The hotel is very modern, with lots of amenities. The room was huge for a European room, clean and well thought out. Free use of the minibar was an added bonus too! Also the service we received was great. Would definitely stay here again if I returned to Cologne!

Not An Enjoyable Stay
The hotel has been custom-designed with a science fiction feel. The room itself was designed to fit in with this theme but I found it stark and uncomfortable, bare concrete ceilings with filler and exposed services don't work for me. The shower leaked water everywhere as a seal at the bottom of the door was missing which resulted in a flood across the tiled floor. The towels had to be used to soak up the water but sadly there was no radiator or towel rail to dry them out afterwards. The free mini-bar consisted of two bottles of beer, a chocolate bar and water which is not what I regard as mini-bar. The duvet cover on one of the beds had a brown stain on it which on examination was..... well you work it out. The breakfast was very over-priced but the food was OK. Overall I was glad to leave the hotel after two nights and will not be returning.

Incredible hotel! So much to explore within it, amazing design, impeccably clean. Really appreciate all of the artistry and detail. Has everything you need including a great rooftop bar. Fantastic staff.

Great stay in Koln
We had a wonderful stay here. The hotel has on site parking, is neat and clean, and our room was wonderful. We had a comfortable stay. The Wi-Fi didn’t work.

Let’s start with the bedrooms ( Large size) The layout is very odd. The bed is in the middle of the room and looks quite funky until you arrive and realise that the 3 large windows look directly out onto some very nice flats with verandas, who can look in directly onto your bed and the glass fronted shower. There is no privacy at all. I didn’t like being shouted at for forgetting my face mask one morning at breakfast when I only moved 12ft to refill my coffee mug. I wore it all the other times.
