"The hotel was kept in excellent condition; my room was cleaned & towels were changed daily. The rooftop bar & pool were also maintained in tiptop shape. All of the staff were smiling, helpful & professional; with special mention of Robert (manager), Fridah, Joseph & Nassir (reception), Rashid (marketing), Jane & Sharleen (waitresses) & Tina (head cleaner). The security personnel were always alert & polite. The food was always well prepared with a great menu selection (& room service readily available). This must be the best hotel in Kenya! I'll definitely visit again & again."

Hotels.com really screwed us up, they took our money and didnt book it.. it took several hours but the property management went above and beyond to make it happen and enjoyable.
