I booked a room. Showed up with my reservation and they told me they had no room for me. I had a receipt and showed the feont desk worker. She said this is the 2nd time in 2 weeks Expedia has double booked a room, and they already gave it away. I left without a room and no refund. They told me to get a hold of Expedia for a refund, but Expedia cant seem to find my stay. I will never use Expedia again.
