"Great property. There were a few tweaks but nothing major. The hotel and local restaurants were closed (November)when we arrived at 11:30 AM (early}so we did not have much to do. Fortunately, the nice man at the front desk knew the restaurants were temporarily closed so he was able to let us in a bit early and that was helpful. He made sure we knew about the following days schedule both there and locally so we could plan ahead. We had a bit of an issue getting into the lovely pool room so the same gentleman at the front desk got maintenance on it right away and gave us a new card. The room was a little damp smelling at first and for me, the pillows were the right height but too hard. I woke with a sore neck. Most hotels seem to have a little softer pillow, but I can bring my own. The little fridge worked well but it kept waking me up with a buzzing sound. I did not notice during the day. My spouse couldn't hear it and his pillow was fine with him. The tower experience was fun, the server was great and the pool was lovely, staff was great, so all in all, It was a worthwhile trip."
