"Nice couple of nights. Excellent food in the restaurant when taking an evening meal. OK breakfast. All the restaurant and room staff were courteous and friendly. A few issues with reception and booking staff. We are still waiting for the Β£100 holding payment to be refunded six days after returning home!! Appears that the accounts department is very quick to take and very slow to refund!!"
