The staff was very friendly but the room was in obvious disrepair and we found two roaches just roaming around. We immediately requested to cancel our stay and the clerk at the desk was very accommodating and friendly.

Worn out and run down

Not a very comfortable and safe feeling property. Room furniture was a worn out desk chair. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.....

The staff were all excellent, it was more of because the hotel was off of Old national which is slightly further away from the airport and then the other hotels less business clientele book these rooms and more so rowdy people. So there was a lot of police presence, a lot of people smoking, but nothing was bad on the hotel or hotel staff part. It's just that a lot of the surrounding hotels had too many different types of low-level people booking in them

The location was good. The chair in the room was very soiled, dirty and noticeable. Needs to be thrown out. It was very very noisy kids running around in the parking lot as if it was an apartment complex. Traffic in and out all day and night.

Not bad overall.

The room was fine. The heat and air conditioning worked well, but there are too many damn bugs not bedbugs. Just some I didn’t recognize. Thankfully, I didn’t get better or anything. I was on a ground floor so maybe that also explained their presence. It was also fairly warm day in the 70s, luckily managed to kill all of them. Other than that, it was a fine place, but I can’t overlook that. The only other complaint is it could’ve used a few outlets to plug in chargers, etc.

FRIENDLY AND CLOSE TO AIRPORT

Days Inn .. college Park is is nice hotel with excellent customer service. Hotel is going through a complete make over in the rooms. But it's nice. Very close to the Atlanta airport. Princel and Manoo at the desk are friendly and have good customer service skills. What tops this hotel is their manager Arun. He is a very kind, caring and hands on boss. He not only cares for his customers but was taking care of all new construction work going on. You will see him every where. Nice to talk to and very helpful. Would definitely stay here if in Atlanta. My opinion is .. be patient.. they are doing total makeovers. Hopefully in 6 months it will be all done. That's just my opinion. Thanks everyone

The room had a terrible smell. There was no remote control for the TV, and the area it was in was terrible homelessness, crackheads prostitutes, people selling drugs, people beating on their girlfriends, definitely not a good area.
