"Room was very clean and maintained. Amenities were nice. Only bothersome thing, when turning on the shower water there was a loud screech like sound. When trying to get hotter water by pushing the nob more towards hot, the sound would get louder to the point you would think the floor you’re on can hear you shower! Other than that, ONE OF THE BEST SUITES I HAVE EVER STAYED IN!!!!!"

"Breakfast was about out of food and didn’t look appealing so didn’t eat. Pool was closed (unbeknownst to us ahead of time). Staff were kind and efficient. Lots of parking. Room was clean and bed comfy."

"The property is well located. The staff was very friendly a lot of items in the hotel or a little dated but overall, it was very clean. The eating area and breakfast were very clean. The breakfast was good. The staff was efficient and the rooms had everything you really needed even for a business day. We didn’t use the pool area we had intended to the smell of chlorine was really really strong, but perhaps it has to be that way. Would stay there again."

"The carpet in the 4th floor hallway is in sad condition. It desparately needs to be replaced."

"So let me start by saying we've stayed at this hotel in the past , this year the up keep and cleanliness was horrible, the bathroom was disgusting dirty had prints around the light switches and most disgusting was a dry booger on the walk (nasty people) the room smelled stale , to top it off we got stuck in the elevator with 4 other people and is was HOT and the emergency phone to call the front was a cheap Walmart phone that didn't work!! , I was forced to call my friend who was waiting...

"Hotel was under construction, my first room assigned to me smelled reallly bad of animal urine; I told the front desk, no way I can stay in there; so they put me in a suite which had a floor and there was no smell in there so was ok but front desk acted like it was a chore to do."

"This property was far more expensive than the quality you pay for in my opinion. The room was standard, the pool had broken ladders and the front desk lady kept telling people different times for breakfast hours. Best part is how close you are to the mall!"

"Everything about the place was substandard. The attention to detail was amazingly invisible. The bathroom, unclean looking sheets and pillow cases, and the floor could have used a good scrubbing. Not recommended."

"Horrible breakfast, no cleaning service for 2 days of my 3 night stay. Broken bathroom door, tub would not drain while showering . Not recommended at all !!!!"
