"Nice "

"The staff was fine but not overly helpful. The hotel (if you can call it that) was very gross. If it weren't for the distance to DTW, I wouldn't have stayed here. "

"Was nice for a quick day or so stay.. Wasn't much in the area to warrant staying longer or strolling to see whats available for food options..The resturant was good and packed so be mindful of the time you go there..lol there was a limited amount of choices and noise from the planes but that was expected given the proximity to the airport but it was great to get to the airport quickly without hassle. "

"This is a nice, old, fancy building. The halls and rooms look nice. One bathroom was fairly small. The first room they put me had a constant hum/buzz in the walls. I called the front desk and the receptionist came up and offered to show me another room, which was an upgrade, and quieter. I was ready to leave until then, but he was nice and he did take care of me so I stayed. I have been to a number of area hotels every week, working in the area and this had the best pool, nice area, clean, and has a deep end. They have a separate restaurant. It is very nice. It's a dine out price. I got a piece of salmon on a English muffin I think, with egg on top and a sauce. It was very good and filled me up. I would get that again. Parking was fine and you are next to a Mall, near a highway, and other places to shop or eat."

"There was no pool or gym as advertised online. They were out of order. I didn’t know until I was there to check in. Also the Continental breakfast was very disappointing. No juice, no consistency In refilling the hot food. Some days there wasn’t any breakfast at all. Some days the breakfast was put away before it was supposed to end and or late getting set up. Blinds were broken I the room and the security latch was broken off of the door. The cleaning staff were very helpful and accommodating. They were the highlight of the stay. Two of the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful as well. The other two not so much. Overall I would rate the whole experience at 2.5 stars. Definitely lots of room for improvement especially in the customer service department. Oh and one more thing…. They charge a $25 dollar per night incidental fee which you know nothing about until you check in. So if you stay 10 days you have to pay an additional $250 with your credit card that can take up to 2-5 business days to be put back on your card after checking out! "

"Everything was good at this property except the restaurant was out of a lot of things I don’t know maybe they needed to restock but the food wa good and the service . Also they need to figure out how to keep the water off the floor in the bathroom shower because there is no door or curtain in bathroom so water shoots all over floor to dk if it’s like that in all the rooms but overall it is a nice place "
