The hotel is far away from everything. The room is very small and very simple without any comfortable condition. The breakfast is very poor The staff are very kind.

Don't be disillusioned by the listing, there's no leisure facilities and there's no restaurant. The staff are friendly and helpful but the bathroom is particularly small and a job to squeeze past the door in order to use the wc. Shower tray was cracked and the hotel felt dated and tired.

Typical business hotel. Good size rooms. Good brea
Hotel on edge of Collecchio. Sports and swimming facilities available but not part of hotel and have to pay extra.

Nice hotel with good facilities
Room was clean, modern and quite big (we were a family of 3). The hotel is modern and is conveniently located next to a sports complex that has a few pools and a good gym. There is plenty of parking and the hotel is easily accessible to the main roads.

Overall very good. However slightly disappointed that the hotel advertises its own pool whereas this is infact a local leisure centre close by. Was looking forward to a quiet swim only to find we had to share the pol with numerous childrens swimming classes

Nice hotel
The hotel is modern,located not far from restaurants and shops, looks nice and the room was clean. The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was OK, could be much nicer without all the flies.

Enjoyable stay with some reservations
The family room was superb, very stylish, with a sauna and jacuzzi inside the same room! The service provided by the reception was acceptable but not great. We had to take the car to dine outside as the restaurant was closed. Breakfast was ok. We went there once but we do not think we would go back.

Costo in parte rimborsato da hotels.com che ha capito la situazione. Arrivati, riscaldamento non funzionante e stanza gelida. Prenotato mini suites con vasca idromassaggio che non funzionava e l’acqua scendeva color rosso. Blatta che gironzolava tra i letti. Nonostante l’hotel fosse vuoto, non ci hanno cambiato la stanza, ma si sono giustificati dicendo che avevano appena riaperto e in pianura gli scarafaggi sono di casa. Colazione buona Esperienza pessima

L’hôtel est bien entretenu et les chambres sont belles. La suite spa est bien équipée. Le seul bémol est que la piscine annoncée est en réalité une piscine public située à côté de l’hôtel et en supplément.

Nice hotel, well kept. We had the mini spa suite, which had room enough for our family of four plus an infant, a well-functioning and very nice bubble bath and good air con. The pool included is not actually at the hotel, but a neighbouring public pool for which one will need to buy access (discount at the hotel reception). That said, it was a nice pool area. Plenty of parking space. Good breakfast. Nice staff.

Gentilissima la Signorina alla Reception che ci ha consigliato un buon ristorante per la cena,la nostra camera ampia e pulitissima,e la colazione ricca , ci faranno sicuramente ritornare in questo hotel!!!!

Abbiamo prenotato la suite minispa. Spaziosa, luminosa e bella la sauna e l'idromassaggio. Il letto è king size e comodolissimo se non fosse per i cuscini molto bassi. Non c'erano ciabatte e accappattoi, d'obbligo per una camera di questo tipo. La pulizia lascia da desiderare, trovato capelli sui letti e polvere sui mobili, tra l'altro usurati per un 4*. La colazione è ricca e varia e il personale gentile. Considerando che la ns. camera è il top della struttura posso dire che l'hotel, per come si presenta, sembra più un 3* che 4*.
