Clean, quiet and comfortable! A very nice property with a wonderful breakfast. Stayed here 1 night during my hike on the Via Francigena. Helpful, friendly staff.

Located in the old town, with no parking which was the main issue, parking was a hike away down some stone stairs so no facilities for disability or people who struggle to walk

Amazing location! Located at the top of a hill in a town that was built in 1000-1400’s. The views and ambiance walking around the streets was a fabulous surprise. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast had so many selections to choose from pastries, meats, fruits, cereal including a fresh cappuccino. A restful sleep and amazing start to the day - thank you!

We loved this hotel! The staff is incredible, and our room had a beautiful view. This hotel is wonderfully located for anyone who has rented a car and wants to explore Tuscany. We will be back!

Beeautiful hotel in a beautiful historic centre.
This town is must to see while in Italy. It is very special and away from tourists hoards. There are couple of restaurant with very good atmosphere and food.

Todo bien, el hotel esta bonito, solo que la foto de portada no es el hotel. Llegamos y nadie nos abria, tuvimos que irnos y después regresar y ya nos abrieron. El estacionamiento esta lejos y hay que subir muchas escaleras. pero es sin costo.

Die Lage in der Altstadt ist fantastisch (gerade deshalb nicht besonders autofreundlich), das Hotel ist sehr stylisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, unser Zimmer/Bad gut ausgestattet und optisch sehr eindruckvoll! Auf der sehr nahen Piazza kann man gut am Abend essen, das Frühstück war sehr gut, frisch und abwechslungsreich. Auf jeden Fall sollte man einen Spaziergang durch die Altstadt machen !!!, dort gibt es auch noch weitere Restaurants.

Bonne situation de l'hôtel pour court séjour
séjour positif car chambre spacieuse pour 2 adultes et deux enfants et calme car demande de chambre côté rue , literie très comfortable. Par contre chambre pas propre notamment la salle de bains avec odeurs d'égôut + fuite à la douche signalée mais pas réparée. Hôtel bien situé pour visiter Sienne San Gimignano et Florence , restaurant excellent conseillé par réceptionniste qui parle français . Petit déjeuner pas bon du tout .

Bien placé pour visiter le village et pas facile d’accès, parking en contre bas. Établissement un peu veillo, sanitaire en mauvais état. Bien placé pour visiter le village et proximité de plusieurs sites touristiques. Le personnel est très sympathique. Établissement très calme parfait pour se reposer.

Fantastica location,comoda,ampia elegante e con camere spaziose e confortevoli . Qualche chiacchiera notturna dai frequentatori dei bar sottostanti potrebbe disturbare il primo sonno, tollerabile ! Anzi comodo per bere qualcosa in compagnia al rientro dalla cena !

Bien situé, attention au choix de chambre
Charmant hôtel à Colle Di Val d'Elsa, parfait pour un séjour en Toscane à visiter différents villages. Demander une chambre ne donnant pas sur la petite place publique à côté de l'hôtel car très bruyant, même jusqu'à 3h du matin. Nous avons eu une chambre au-dessus du bar voisin de l'hôtel au début et avons changé de chambre après 2 nuits à cause du bruit. Personnel sympathique

Bella esperienza
Residenza antica decisamente piacevole, a parte il caldo eccessivo nella camera e il suono delle campane che anche di notte battono pure la mezz'ora. Un po' inquietante il fatto che di notte non ci fosse un portiere in turno (forse era anche lui in vacanza o forse abita nel palazzo vicino.....ma non si sà......) Consiglio solo di aggiungere un paio di appendini dietro le porte del bagno e d'ingresso e una mensolina di vetro in bagno per appoggiare i beauty-case. Sembra scontato, ma un cartello che ricordi ai clienti che nelle camere vicine che esiste gente che di notte vuole dormire sarebbe utile in tutti gli hotel del mondo........... Torneremo sicuramente
