"Olga went above and beyond to help us out from our late check-in to recommendations around the lake and also made me the best espresso I’ve ever had in Italy. I was very pleased with the courtesy and customer service. Yes I do recommend this hotel. It’s very very economical. And the location is great thank you Olga and staff."

"Great location, right outside the ferry/view. The staff were incredibly sweet and went above and beyond. We were able to check in a little earlier than usual, have breakfast prepared by staff to-go when we had to leave early, get a taxi scheduled for us when the ferries got cancelled, etc etc. hands down would book again!"
