"Wir haben uns im Seven Park Hotel vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt. Was uns besonders in Erinnerung geblieben ist, war das unglaublich freundliche und aufmerksame Personal. Egal, ob an der Rezeption, beim Frühstück oder zwischendurch: Alle waren herzlich, hilfsbereit und dabei angenehm unaufdringlich. Man hatte wirklich das Gefühl, als Gast willkommen zu sein. "Boosting the rating because the service was EXCELLENT. Everyone we spoke to at the Reception was so welcoming, happy to help, generally great to deal with. The room was clean and the breakfast (included in price of the room) had a good selection. The bed was comfy. The rooms have a bit of wear and tear and on the first couple of nights there was a strong smell from the bathroom (eventually dissipated with proper ventilation). "Very disappointing experience. We left important clothing for dry cleaning during our stay, but it was delayed, and at checkout we were told it still wasn’t ready. We had already left for Milan , so now we don’t know when we’ll get our clothes back. A huge inconvenience, especially when you’re travelling. Rooms are very small . Hotel is located on a busy road, rooms have poor isolation, it gets very noisy ."
