"We plugged the toilet right out of the gate and informed them of such at 5:45 AM. Their response was THE most graceful, prompt and kind of anywhere I’ve ever stayed! The beds were Very comfy and the spread was thin and Clean!"

"Springer Station is in the historic Brown Hotel where Judy Garland filmed scenes for "the Harvey Girls" long ago. It is an old-style hotel run by a delightful family and has clean comfortable rooms and areas to sit, have coffee, and read. I was in a shared bath, which takes some flexibility, but worked out just fine. My room had its own sink. The hotel is linked to the railroad era of the Santa Fe as Springer was a transfer station, and many train personnel stayed at the Brown. The family also runs the Depot restaurant in town, where I had the best steak in 20 years! I highly recommend this site for a stay."
