Didnt really have to much experience with the staff but rhe owner definitely help us with locating are room. Wil definitely come back and stay longer to get the full experience. "This is an older hotel that has had a major update. Room was very comfortable and clean with all the usual amenities. We had been staying elsewhere in Raton for a number of years and decided to make a change. We are happy we made the change. The restaurant is also great."
