"We have stayed at this location a number of times because of value received for the price paid. Always clean and more than just the necessities. You could actually cook in the kitchen, which has a full sized fridge. Not luxurious, but quite nice accommodations."

"The actual unit is very nice and very clean! Lots of small appliances and kitchen utensils perfect for use. Everything was clean and organized. Some of the appliances didn't work however. The microwave wasn't working properly. Otherwise everything else i used worked as expected. Check in was a nightmare! The host was very rude and unhelpful. I had to rely on expedia's chat system with Hala Tysons to get my check in information. The website with the checkin information is so poorly developed...

"Definitely one of the best aparthotels that I've ever stayed at. The two bedroom was very clean and extremely spacious. It had all the amenities we needed. The corner room we stayed in had a great view as well. FYI there is 2 hour street parking behind the property that works as overnight parking after 6pm as well."

"The staff were friendly and helpful providing information about what was in the neighborhood. They even put out a stand of umbrellas on a rainy day! The extra space and having a kitchen area was a major plus. On the negative side we found an empty water bottle laying in the closet, cellophane candy wrappers on the floor in the living room, and had to get the "engineer" up to the room to fix the TV. Bathroom is very small with no countertops to put toiletries and there is a counter outside the...

"Gordon and Netty were incredibly welcoming, and I was glad they handled my check-in. The hotel was very clean, quiet, and close to so many walkable shops. The rooftop restaurant staff, however, were not as friendly. Overall, it was a 5-star experience, and I will definitely return when staying in Georgetown."
