"An interesting hotel housed in a group of medieval buildings. Lots of exposed beams and narrow stairs. The staff were friendly and helpful and we were very comfortable for the one night we spent there. The food is ok. Nothing to complain about at this price point. Very good value."

"Reasonably priced big room with all amenities needed Only criticism would be the info on the website is wrong as said we had till 11pm to check in but we were out and they rang and said they actually close at 10 so we had to rush to get there "

"The room was of a good standard. Where the place was was perfect for me. I never saw the owner, I had a text that I can let myself in and the key was at the bedroom door. Very efficient and communication excellent. Having no breakfast was no problem as you have all facilities in, at least, 2 mins walk away. I will be returning."
