"The room was clean but very run down. There were holes in the bathroom door and paint chips all over the bathroom floor. The mirror in the main room was smeared and the floor was not vacuumed. There was stains on the walls and stains on the shower curtain."

"I found the sheets did not smell fresh, the windows were left open in the room. There was a lot of debris on the sheets when I pulled the covers back. The pool floor- I did not want to touch with my feet as there was a lot of grit on it. There were no towels in the pool area. This is my third time there and I don’t think I will be back."

"This is 5th time staying at Talta and 2nd time staying in a Stuga. Even with the help of staff, we were unable to get the cabin temperature down below 84F. We slept with fans and opened the windows and by morning the temp dropped to 81F. If customers have reserved a Stuga, ideally staff check the temp or assure that it’s in a reasonable range prior check in. Your staff did everything they could to help us. People in other Stuga units were reporting the same issue as well. With summer approaching I hope you get the air conditioners and thermostats sorted out!"

"The property is under construction, so it is a bit odd and quite empty. The reception people were very good and the room was clean, though we had a temporary portable air conditioner. There was no refrigerator and the was inconvenient. I think they all did the best they could with what they had."
