"Great location near gondola with access to bars and restaurants within a quick walk. Not too noisy other than road clearing each morning which isn’t the hotels fault. "We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in the Alps. The rooms are simple , but very clean and well maintained. The owners are extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The location is excellent – very close to the ski slopes and shops, which makes everything convenient and easy. The breakfast was good, fresh, and a great start to the day before skiing. Overall, it’s a great place to stay if you’re looking for a clean, friendly, and well-located hotel in the Alps. We would happily come back again."

"Horrible place to stay. Could not sleep 1 single night. Very loud and walls have no isolations you can hear every door in thewhole building. Crappie beds and poor cleaning. We only get our room cleaned 1 and that was after we asked. No clean towels, no place to sit in your room. No table. Elevator ( tiny for 4 people) was broken and our room was in the fifth floor. .. Poor breakfast as well. Stay away from this place!"

The only couple of negatives were the room cleaning (timing of cleaning and inconsistent of refreshment replenishment) and the 20 Euro charge of 1 hour spa usage for hotel guests."

Just a shame people decided to smoke on the balcony first thing in the morning in the next room ruining the gorgeous fresh air . Not the hotel’s fault ….views were amazing from the room.
