Beautiful hotel. Very clean. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Parking was relatively easy, just behind the building. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was average (long wait times, mediocre food) but the included buffet breakfast was wonderful. Would stay here again.

The hotel itself looks much better than it does in the pictures. All public spaces looked amazing. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, had a great selection of food. My room was spacious and clean. I had a place to put everything and keep my things organised. The mattress was a bit firm for my liking, but I still slept comfortably. Overall, I had a great stay. I wish the hotel had a gym, it was the only thing missing for me. Thank you Miguel (from the bar) for your service, and great recommendations!

Nice lobby, bar area. Bar staff were great. Indifferent staff on reception. Booked a junior suite, given a standard room until challenged. Room then changed to as booked. Room large but bland/ utility. A/C loud but infective. Bed hard. Petty charges for more than two coffee pods and water. Location near to a large hospital. It was a distance from University/town centre, uber/ bolt car share very good. Secure car park available challengingly for anything other than a small car.

The staff were all very pleasant, especially for us being non-Portuguese speaking Americans. However, the room wouldn't get cold, even with the AC on. There wasn't an iron or ironing board in the room. We were very surprised to find out that the hotel didn't have a pool or a fitness center.

Coimbra is a very busy city with a lot of traffic that clearly creates ongoing parking challenges and general congestion. The property itself is hard to access but once you’re in, is quite good. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was excellent with a particularly good bathroom. The hotel has many group bookings and insufficient elevators so expect a wait at reception or getting to/ from your room. Also note the parking area at the rear of the building gets very busy at pick up times for the adjacent school but outside these times, free parking can be found. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was good (except for the fake orange juice) - overall we thought this was a good property given its location and high usage.
