"Exceptional accommodation, very slick and ultra modern, perhaps out of character for a vineyard district. Wonderful service staff however hotel is quite unconnected with food and beverage operators so between having to dine offsite and disappointing experience when a table became available, I suggest using this hotel only for luxurious bedding."

"The hotel was beautiful and the staff beyond helpful.. Location was perfect in a beautiful street close to the main square and walking distance to everything. But you must be aware that its a small city ad taxi service is limited... i had to walk to the hotel from the train station and also on my way back.. all the taxis.were fully booked.. 1.4 km not bad but.with a suitcase is not fun... this not the hotel's fault... but you must be aware (the same is i guess for all hotels) "

"Pretty hotel in the centre of Cognac. We stayed two nights and the staff was friendlyand helpful. Had breakfast the second day and that was good. Nice walking distance to everything. Paid a short visit to the spa area where we had the whole place to ourselves."
