Nsw trip

Building old but newly renovated inside. Bed very comfy. No one at reception hut instructions for key safe good. Numbers of rooms very difficult to find. Corridors seem to have number but when one walks through you end up at pool with no idea where to go. Highly recommend arriving in day time to find your room more easily. Also steep outside stairs for first floor which was problematic to navigate with heavy suitcase. This wasn’t clear when booking and I have arthritis. Easy access to beach but no sea view.

This is a lovely, clean, easily accessible property to stay in. If we had more time I would loved to stay longer. We had no interaction with staff but it was a seamless and easy check in process and everything provided was as expected so there was no need for it. Pool and surrounds were in excellent order. Kitchen was fantastic as was the bathroom, very happy, thank you!

Great place to stay right across the street from the beach and within short walking distance to stores and restaurants. Nice pool and huge balcony. Free covered parking and free laundry on site. Only negative is that the air con is only in the living room so the bedrooms were kind of hot, and also the air con is on a 4 hour timer so it shuts off in the night.

Convenient and quiet place to stay

This accommodation was in a quiet area of Coffs Harbour. The motel style room was very clean and well maintained. Having a pub across the road to walk to was very handy. The only complaint I would have is that as there is no front reception area, we found it hard to find our room. It would have been helpful to have the room location forwarded to us in a text.
