"Una experiencia sencillamente espectacular. ❤️ Desde que llegue , el servicio fue excelente, súper atentos y amables en todo momento. Las instalaciones son únicas, hermosas y tienen ese encanto especial que hace que uno se desconecte y simplemente disfrute. El lugar es perfecto para descansar, disfrutar de la naturaleza y vivir un momento diferente. Y ni hablar de los atardeceres… ¡una belleza! 🌅☕️ Definitivamente un lugar al que volvería sin pensarlo. 100% recomendado. ¡Gracias por hacer de mi estadía una experiencia tan especial! 🥰"

"great hotel and good restaurant out front. staff disappeared in the evening. room great with fan, balcony, large bathroom. did n't like the "air freshener", i do not appreciate chemicals sprayed in my room. if the room is properly cleaned, it will not smell bad. this room was very well cleaned."

"This place is a gem, beautiful property, great hike, good food, friendly staff. Only downside is an insane policy that you aren't allowed to use the hot tub. You need to book it 2 hours in advance and it costs approx $15CAD per person. As a result it sits there unused in this amazing location or would be such a massive asset of the ownership didn't ruin it by having it be the only per per use hot tub in Colombia. Honestly even with this it's probably worth it. If they fixed that issue this would be one of the nicest places I stayed on my whole trip."
