"We stayed here for two nights with our 9 year old daughter. The hotel, staff and room was immaculate and very comfortable. The design of the room was beautiful and the windows opened on to a beautiful park - just lovely. Two things I did not love: The hotel only provided two coffee pods for the coffee maker and the staff was VERY hesitant (extremely resistant) to giving extra - and the limitation of the pools to adults only. The best pools were upstairs and outside and my daughter was not allowed in either - despite the fact that she is well behaved and the staff could have asked us to left had that not been the case - those two things were disappointing."

"This Hotel is a Gem! The Staff is amazingly friendly and helpful, the beds are comfortable, the property is clean, the breakfast is very complete and tasteful. I had a beautiful experience here, Thank you for all the members of the Staff and special thank you to a girl call Darling at the breakfast she was very helpful, professional and charismatic."
